Team 3824 consists of seven equally important subteams: Build, Business, Design, Electrical, Programming, Safety, and Scouting/Strategy. These teams communicate not only with each other but with mentors throughout the season. The way team 3824 is structured allows for mentors to work alongside team members rather than being the so-called “center” of the team.
